When you sign up on our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your LinkedIn profile URL (optional)

If you reach out through the contact form, we also collect your name, your email address, the note you send, and which page of this site you sent it from.

We use your information to:

• Send you workshop dates, resources, and occasional updates (roughly once a month)
• Let you know about new workshops and events

That's it. We don't sell, share, or trade your information with anyone.

Your signup information is stored in a private Notion database that only Sarah Madden can open. When you send a message through the contact form, a copy is also written to a private database attached to this website, and a notification goes to a private Slack channel that only she reads, so a message does not sit unanswered. Each of those holds your name, your email address, your note, and which page of this site you sent it from. Nothing else is collected or passed on.

The website runs on Vercel, which is the company that hosts it. Email communications are sent directly by Sarah, with no third-party email marketing platform involved.

Want off the list? Use the unsubscribe page and you're removed immediately. No hoops, no waiting period.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the workshop experience. Google Analytics uses cookies. No personal information (name, email) is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out using a browser extension.

Workshop content reflects my personal experience and perspective on building with AI tools. You're responsible for your own decisions about how you use these tools in your work. I'm sharing what's worked for me, not providing professional, legal, or technical advice.
